Upgrading and Downgrading Your Subscription

Note: You must be the account owner to access your subscription settings.

Downgrading your subscription

When you archive Equipment or remove Contributors that you no longer need, you don’t need to take any action to downgrade your subscription. The system will automatically charge only for what you use.

All you need to do is:

• Change the role of a Contributor account to a free Team Member account, or
• Archive retired equipment records

Add more Equipment and/or Contributors

1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription, or click here
2. Click on “Upgrade Subscription”, which will open a pop-up window.
3. In the pop-up window, you can switch between monthly and annual billing and add Contributors and/or Equipment Packs (500 per pack)
4. Click “Update Subscription” and we’ll charge your payment method a prorated amount for the remaining billing period.
