How to reset a forgotten password from the desktop app and how to change your password once logged in.

Reset your password
Desktop App
Head to https://app.riskmemo.com/password-reset, enter your email and we’ll send a link for you to reset your password.
Android & iOS App
When logged into the app, you can change your password from your profile page. Head to:
Main menu on the left > Click your name > Click the edit icon on the right > Choose ‘reset password’> add the email you’d like to receive the reset link on.
You can also arrive at this page by going to Main menu > People > choose your name and follow instructions as above.
