Purchase a Subscription

Note: You must have an Admin account and have access to subscription settings to purchase a subscription.

Risk Memo subscriptions are managed via Stripe and take just a few minutes to set up. If you are a Government or large organisation that has specific invoicing requirements, please contact support@riskmemo.com.

What are the limits on a free account?

Pro tip: You can create more than one account, try creating a free account for your personal kit.

On a free account, the limits are;

• 5 team members
• 15 checklists per month
• 50 active equipment records
• 50k AI tokens

This is typically sufficient for an individual or for seeing what we’re made of.

What’s included in a paid subscription?

Contributors

A contributor is a paid account that can be assigned any role, including Admin. Typically, these are your senior team members that will manage your Checklist Templates, Team Members and Equipment.

Equipment Packs

An Equipment Pack is 500 active equipment records. Once a record is archived, it no longer counts towards your subscription.

AI Tokens

Paid accounts have an increased AI token limit, suitable for general use.

Note: AI models are changing rapidly, and so do their token usage and pricing, therefore, these limits will change from time-to-time.

Free Team Members

With each paid account come 100 free team member accounts

Unlimited Checklists

Once a subscription is activated, create as many checklists as you want

How do I start a Subscription?

1. Log in to the admin/owner account at https://app.riskmemo.com
2. Navigate to your account’s subscription settings by clicking here, or navigate to Settings > Subscription
3. If you’re on a free account, you’ll see the options to start a subscription
4. There’s a 3 month discount if you pay annually and we regularly run coupon code offers - see riskmemo.com for details. Select the number of Contributors and Equipment Packs you need and click “Purchase”

Don’t worry if you’re not sure how many Contributors or Equipment Packs you need, you can add more later.
