Upgrading and Downgrading Your Subscription

A tutorial video and steps on how to add Contributors and increase your equipment record limit.

In this video, Alistair will show you how to add "Contributors" (team members that need to edit templates and equipment) and increase your equipment limit (Steps and extra info below).

Upgrading your subscription

Note: You must be the account owner to access your subscription settings.

  1. Go to your account settings by clicking on the "Settings" link on the left navigation bar on the desktop app.
  2. Once in the settings section, select the "Subscription" option at the top right.
  3. Click on the "Edit Subscription" button, which will open a pop-up window.
  4. In the pop-up window, you can switch between monthly and annual billing. It is recommended to choose the annual billing option as it provides a discount.
  5. You can then add more contributors or equipment to your account. During your trial period, adding equipment and contributors is free, otherwise it will charge you a pro-rated amount for the current billing period.

Downgrading your subscription

If you have equipment or contributors that you no longer need, you don't need to take any action to downgrade. The system will automatically detect how many contributors and active equipment records you have in use, and reduce your account account limits on your next billing cycle automatically.
