How to Search and Segment Equipment by Tags

In this tutorial, you will learn how to utilise the Risk Memo tagging system to effectively organise and segment your equipment records. You will learn how to search, filter, and segment your equipment by tags on the desktop app (Steps below).

Filter Equipment by Clicking on a Tag

To filter equipment by a specific tag, click on the tag you wish to filter by - in our video example, the 'helmet' tag. By doing this, you will see all the equipment items that are tagged with 'helmet.'

Add a Tag via the Search Bar

You can search for a specific tag by typing in the search bar. When you type in the equipment page search bar, it will automatically filter by item name or ID as you type, but not by tag. To add what you've typed as a search tag, simply hit enter.

Filter by Multiple Tags

When you add multiple tags, our system will only show equipment that matches all of the tags. For example, if you search for 'helmet' and 'spare', it will only show records that have both of these tags.

Using tags such as 'Spare' and 'In Use', you can organise and segment your equipment data effectively.
