How to Edit Multiple Items of Equipment

In this video, Alistair will show you how to easily edit multiple equipment items at once (Steps below).

1. Navigate to the Equipment Page: Start by clicking on the "Equipment" tab located on the main menu of the Risk Memo desktop app.

   Select the Equipment to Edit: Once on the Equipment page, select the equipment you want to edit. For example, if you want to edit all "helmets", you can filter by the "helmet" tag and select all.

   Edit Selected Equipment: Click the "Edit Selected" button after selecting the equipment. On this form, you can update the:

   1. Equipment Name
   2. Location
   3. Colour
   4. Status
   5. Tags
2. Save Changes: Once you've made your desired changes, click the "Save" button. Your changes will be applied to all selected equipment.

And that's it! Now you know how to edit multiple equipment items in one go. It's a quick and easy way to keep your equipment items organised and up-to-date.
